Your privacy is central to how Titer is built. The short version: Titer keeps your data on your device and does not collect it.
Nothing. Titer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising, no trackers, and no servers that receive your data.
The items, doses, schedules, notes, and history you enter are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. This information never leaves your device through Titer, and we cannot see it. If you use the export feature, a file containing your data is created and shared only to the destination you choose. Once you export a file, its security depends on where you send it. Treat exported files with the same care as any other record of your health.
If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, Titer's local database is included in that backup like any other app's data. Backups are controlled by you and Apple, not by us.
Titer does not connect to Apple Health and does not read or write HealthKit data.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple, which may collect payment and transaction information under Apple's own privacy policy. We receive only aggregate, anonymized sales reports from Apple, never your identity or payment details.
If you opt in through iOS, Apple may share anonymized crash and performance diagnostics with us via App Store Connect. This data is collected and anonymized by Apple under your device settings, not by Titer; the app contains no crash reporting or analytics code of its own, and it contains no personal or health information.
Titer is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in control: delete an item, delete the app, or export your data at any time. Some U.S. state privacy laws give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. We hold none. Your data sits on your device, where you can view, edit, export, or delete it directly.
We may update this policy; the date above will change. Because we collect no data, changes will be minimal.
